It is the 15th of March and that means the Dueling Darlings are posting their creations for this month's challenge. The Dazzler's hostess, April, sent a great kit, so full of stuff, that I was able to make two cards...
Thanks for stopping by and please see my side bar to check out all the Darlings' creations.
WOW! AND DOUBLE WOW! Wonderful cards, DJ! Love the layout and the pop of red on the first card and that folded over flower with the twine bow is the bomb!! Love the long, narrow shape of the second card and how you created a curved border with those punched flowers!!What delightful way to showcase the great Irish blessing sentiment!
ReplyDeleteYou really rocked this duel!!
Thanks for the blessing of your friendship...You are an inspiration!!!
Ditto what Judy said!
ReplyDeleteI really love how you folded the flower!! Must remember this for the future!
Oh my! This is so cute! I love what you did with the panels and flowers :)
ReplyDeleteI do love both of your cards Debbie!
ReplyDeleteIt was nice to see you add a "non-traditional" color to your card! The red added such a great pop of color!

ReplyDeleteDebbie--both of your cards are very cute. I really like the first one and that you cropped the image--I have never done that and will need to remember that!
ReplyDeleteWow, Debbie, both of these are real beauties! I am impressed with the creativity on both of them. The folded flower is inspired and the extra little touches on the die cut doily on the second one are really special.
ReplyDeleteGreat job on both and I am so glad that you are in our Duel!!
That layout on the first card is to die for! The colors, textures and how you placed the ribbon....excellent! Oh and the folding of the flowers...I will have to remember that trick.
