The theme for this months duel was May Flowers. Our hostess this month for the Dazzlers was Terry and she sent a great kit.
The kit included:
- Image - SU! "Love Is Kindness"
- DP - The Paper Studio
- Cardstock - Core'dinations "Sea Foam", "Merry" and "Jet Stream"
- Enamel Dots - Want 2 Scrap
- Trim - Michaels
- Flowers - Spare Parts
I used Deconstructed Sketch 192 for my layout.
So here is my card:
As an extra to our blog post we are supposed to share what we like to plant in your garden. I plant a lot of pansies because they are tough flowers and they need to be if I am taking care of them. Too bad there is not a flower you can just plant and forget. I would be a great gardner then! ;) But my favorite flowers are Star Gazer Lilies and Daisies. I love Daisies in all different colors they are just such cheerful flowers.
Thanks for stopping by.

So cute - I love the soft colors in the tulips. Great take on the challenge.
ReplyDeleteDeb, your card is so pretty - looking at that bundle of multi-colored tulips makes me smile! Love the little banner of DP, too!
ReplyDeletePansies are such a soft and pretty flower. I would love to come see yours. ;)
Super card, Deb! I Love how you colored all the tulips so differently - my mind draws to one color but love how you created a bouquet of beauty! Sensational card, my friend!
ReplyDeleteDeb, your card is so pretty! Love that image of the tulips and how beautifully you colored them...My fav flower!! This great design, those pretty papers and lovely embellishments really make for an outstanding card my friend. Pansies are pretty and hardy...except for us when the Havelinas get in the yard and eat them!
ReplyDeleteWhat an awesome card Deb. I love how pretty you have colored the image and the dsp you chose is perfect for this card. (isn't an artifical flower one you can plant 1 time and be done....lol). Pansies are so pretty, and so are daisies. I'm so glad we are duelers together. Great job on your kit....
ReplyDeleteDebbie--this card is so pretty. I love the sketch you picked and the colors are so soft. Nice Job this month!
ReplyDeleteI really like the twine - it seems like it was used to gather the flowers. The epoxy buttons look great. This is a really cute card!
ReplyDeleteThis card is so sweet Debbie! I love the flower accents in the left corner and the design in general!
