Happy Fall!!!
The theme for this month's duel was a Fall Owl Theme.
Tracie and Barb were our hostesses. Tracie sent the Dazzlers the following kit:
Image - "Who's There" by Two Paper Divas
Designer Paper - Color Me Autumn by Stampin Up
Embellishments are all Recollections (Brads, Doily, Leaves, Feathers, Twine)
I added some crystal effects on the moon to make is shiny.
Tracie and Barb asked us to list our favorite Halloween memory. I think mine would be...Sam White. Sam White was the little old man who lived on the corner and every Halloween he would have a huge box of candy, I mean like one of those medium moving sized boxes full of candy! And he would put handfuls into your candy bucket. We always made sure we went trick or treating to his house.

As an extra to our blog post we are supposed to share what we like to plant in your garden. I plant a lot of pansies because they are tough flowers and they need to be if I am taking care of them. Too bad there is not a flower you can just plant and forget. I would be a great gardner then! ;) But my favorite flowers are Star Gazer Lilies and Daisies. I love Daisies in all different colors they are just such cheerful flowers.
Thanks for stopping by.

We had many dogs when I was growing up. After I had children of my own, I had one that had a snake, tarantula and scorpion. They are just not quite as warm and fuzzy as puppies.

February Duel
Hope you all had a wonderful Valentine's Day!
The Dueling Darlings theme for February is...♥ Being a kid at heart ♥
Our challenge was:
"you must create a kid card and,
somewhere on your card, you must also display one heart ♥
As well, we request that you gift your card to a boy or a girl you know"
(But...I displayed more than one heart...)
Thanks for stopping by. Please see my sidebar and check out all the Dueling Darlings February creations.
